
Claire Grandison
Claire joined Berney and Sang as an associate in 2025. She focuses on education law and disability law.
Claire previously worked at Community Legal Services for over ten years, where she focused on increasing access to disability benefits, with a particular focus on older youth and youth in foster care. In this role, Claire handled numerous administrative hearings and appeals in Federal District Court, and successfully advocated for local and national policy reforms. Claire earned her Juris Doctor from American University, Washington College of Law in 2014, where she graduated summa cum laude. Before law school, Claire worked at an NGO specializing in international human rights law.
